For structures – 5 years. For engineering networks and interior finishing – 2 years.

Are houses delivered outside Latvia?

Yes – we also deliver and install in Scandinavia and elsewhere in Europe. We have logistics partners in several countries.

How energy efficient are BaltBerg houses?

Our houses comply with Latvian and EU energy efficiency standards. We use modern insulation and ventilation technologies.

Do you provide foundation construction?

Yes, we offer screw pile, strip foundation and slab foundation construction. The type of foundation is selected depending on the ground conditions.
